The Anti-Wear Grease (Japanese: アンチウエアグリス, Anchi Uea Gurisu) is a grease released by Tamiya on October 5, 2000.
General info[]
The anti-wear grease is a high viscosity grease that is resistant to temperature change. It also has high protection against wear and tears of the parts.
Due to its high viscosity nature, it has high resistance if used on gears and as such, it was usually applied to the shaft part of the propeller shaft and the bearings that holds the driveshafts.
Although the anti-wear grease was available in both the 1g cap form and the 3g tube form, only the latter was made available as a standalone product, as the former are usually included in Tamiya's R/C hop-up parts that contains moving parts.
