This is a list of Mini 4WDs based on real-life automobiles, as officially licensed products from said car manufacturers.

The short-lived R/C Mini 4WD series introduced Mini 4WD bodies based on licensed real-life cars. Following the discontinuation of the line, no Mini 4WD car based on real-life automobile would be produced (although the Mini 4WD PRO line introduced cars with sports car bodies) until the appearance of the limited edition Nissan Be-1 and later, the Daihatsu Kopen twins.

In addition, certain Mini 4WDs in the original line, as well as the Wild Mini 4WD (featuring monster-sized wheels) also feature real-life cars.
