| At the Hinomaru house, the young Yonkuro is seen throwing the Mini 4WD car, the Boomerang, to the ground and crying as he heard that his dad, Genkuro, is going away from home for a very long time. Yonkuro's grandma said that Genkuro is chasing toward a dream. Genkuro tells his son that conquer the world's greatest rally raid is his lifetime dream, and he want to fulfill it. Genkuro then promise to Grandma that he will come back alive. Before leaving with his co-driver Sumeragi in a modified 4x4 SUV for the rally raid, Genkuro brought up the Boomerang from the ground and give it to Yonkuro, and tell his son that Mini 4WD is not the toy, and believes that one day he will understand how he feels as long as he have the minicar. Genkuro is last seen leaving the Hinomaru house, with Yonkuro watching behind, believing that his dad will one day come back. Then, as time goes on... | Years later, Yonkuro is hurrying to a Mini 4WD race tournament holds in Ginza Pedestrian, Tokyo, with his precious Boomerang. Along the way however, his car was collided with a Monster Beetle, belonging to the Mini 4WD racer Tankuro, the self-proclaimed Mini 4WD prodigy. Tankuro told Yonkuro that he will be late for the race if he keep messing around. At the race tournament, just when Yonkuro managed to went into the final stage, someone catch his Boomerang out of nowhere, and this person wonders how Yonkuro got the car. Yonkuro snatch his car back from the old man, and only to run into Tankuro, who turned out to be his final opponent in the tournament. At the final stage, Yonkuro has deliberate giving Tankuro a time advantage by not dropping his car into the track until much later, and soon catching up with Tankuro's Hotshot with his special Super Landing Attack throw start. Just then, people start noticing that there's a kid hanging on the pole of a high-rise building, who fell unconscious due to fear of height! Seeing this, both Yonkuro and Tankuro has to halt the race and went to save the kid. The racers uses their cars (The Boomerang and the Monster Beetle) to tie up the kid to the pole so he won't fall. Though managed to save the kid, Tankuro's Monster Beetle had fell to the ground and crushed as the rope tied to it snapped. Tankuro tried to attack Yonkuro out of anger, but only to be stopped by the person who previously catching Yonkuro's car earlier. The unknown person told them that the race tournament has to be canceled due to the incident and he lead them to somewhere to let them settle the score. The place turned out to be the ship port, where there is no race track except the two card boxes. The unknown person tells the two that it is a race that test both speed and accuracy, as cars will fall into the sea if they didn't manage to enter the boxes. At the start of the race, Yonkuro's car doesn't run straight to the card box, but it turns out to be deliberated, as the wind starts blowing (along with one side of Boomerang's wheels lifting up due to gaps), allowing Yonkuro's car to correct itself back toward the card box. Tankuro's Hotshot went off-track and straight into the sea due to the same wind, but Yonkuro, in the selfless act, jump into the sea and save Tankuro's car. Seeing this, Tankuro help Yonkuro to get back onto the port Seeing how the race went through, the unknown person think that those two could create the new century on Mini 4WD. | ||

| After having a nightmare as he fell asleep at the train station, Yonkuro was found and later waken up by Mr.Sumeragi and Momotaro. At Sumeragi's boat, Yonkuro look at the design drawing that Kinjirou brought, and recognize that it has Genkuro's writing texts on it. Kinjirou reveal that his Solitude has its chassis made based on the design, making it a sister car to Momotaro's Crimson Glory. Mr.Sumeragi theorize that the FM Chassis design was likely made before the Horizon was made. It also turns out that both design drawing has the rear gearbox part obscured in black ink. Having made a promise a while back, Kinjirou challenge Yonkuro at the practice dirt track. At first, Kinjirou's Solitude get a head start due to its superb stability, but Yonkuro's car soon catching up. The Great Emperor overtakes the Solitude at the last corner and win the race. Before he left, Kinjirou reminds Yonkuro that his Solitude is still imcomplete, and will be completed by the time 'that' race event comes. | ||

| In a small village in Germary, Genkuro was very upset that he just lose a Mini 4WD race there. Not to mention he use the white Super Emperor, a car that Sumeragi sent to him, in the race. Meanwhile, his fellow rally driver and friend, C.T., was visited by his childhood friend Anastasia, who is a nun working in a nearby church. However, the village's people told C.T. that Anastasia is likely a witch, which angers C.T. who then picked the fight with the people. The next day, both Genkuro and C.T. resume their Hell Rally journey, but during the trip, Genkuro heard someone's calling for him. Just then, they were stopped by Anastasia's fellow nun, who told C.T. that Anastasia is going to executed in a witch trial at the church. Hearing this, C.T. goes to the church to save his childhood friend. Just before chasing after C.T., Genkuro heard the voice calling for him again, and it is coming from the church. During the trip to the church in their respective rally cars, they accidentally run into the road that start collapsing, and fall into the underground cave below. There, they found a abandoned devil church below the church. Thinking that it could be the devil who calls for him, Genkuro use his upgraded Super Emperor, which now he called the Great Emperor, and run through the underground church, with C.T. following him. When they were stopped at the path split, the Great Emperor starts running at a specific path direction. Seeing as it guide them, Genkuro and C.T. follows the Great Emperor. Meanwhile, at the church, the executioner is preparing to execute Anastasia by burning, but before he can, C.T. arrived and try to intervene, but failed. Just when the executioner is ready to kill both C.T. and Anastasia, an explosion happen behind the crowd of people, and a fireball moving around the church. Then, to the people's fear, the "devil" appears, scaring them and the executioner away. As the church had now set on fire and begin to collapse, C.T., Anastasia and the "devil" escaped to the underground tunnel through the secret ground door. Much to the group's surprise, the tunnel is full of abandoned vehicles, and Anastasia told both C.T. and the "devil" that the tunnel was used by former nuns to escape from the church. Just before she finish, however, she notice that the head of the "devil" is on fire! Panicking, the "devil" quickly takes off the mask, and revealed to be Genkuro in costume, who managed to deceive the village peoples prior, and the fireball turned out to be C.T.'s Manta Ray that he borrowed. Anastasia told Genkuro that there's something in the tunnel for him to see, and it turns out to be the car Kurogane, and an adipocered corpse of Genkuro's father who died while participate in the previous Hell Rally. Genkuro also find the Great Emperor near the Kurogane, and it turns out that it guided them to his father. Just then, Genkuro heard his father's voice, who told him that he must surpass him, not to be stopped here. It was there that Genkuro decided that the Great Emperor should be given to his son Yonkuro. Having escaped from the church through the tunnel, C.T. told Genkuro he have to retire from the Hell Rally and move out of the village with Anastasia after everything went through. Hearing this, Genkuro told them that he wish them to be happy, and the horizon is everywhere. Genkuro then leaves, with his next destination being in Japan where his son Yonkuro is participates in the National Mini 4WD tournament. | ||
