It is featured in Dash! Yonkuro as Koji 'Punkuro' Jimi's primary machine.

General info

The Cannonball featuring the leaf-green bodyshell that has the long-nose body style similar to the sports car. There's a pair of headlight on the front, while on the rear, there's a rear spoiler with the four pair of exhaust-ports prop underneath it.

As usual for a Dash machine car, it has the CoroCoro Dragon stickers.

The original car was equipped with mid-diameter hole-type wheels paired with high-profile slick tires (Which is originally a Grade-Up Parts), making it the first car to have such combination by default.

The Premium version has the large-diameter, 6-spokes wheels paired with slick tires. Both the Chassis and the wheels are modeled in gun metal color.

In the manga and anime

In Dash! Yonkuro, it replaces the Falcon Jr. as Punkuro's primary machine throughout the original series. The Cannonball has the higher acceleration performance compare to the others.

The car has the special device known as the Condenser Circuit (コンデンサー回路), in which when in use, it sending the large amount of electricity to the motor, causing immediate massive increase in acceleration performance.

However, it was a major weakness: since the Condenser Circuit send the massive amount of electricity to the motor, the motor will explode after use, totaled the car in the process. Punkuro will only use it while he is prepared for such.

Punkuro later give the Condenser Circuit to Dankuro for his Neo Burning Sun before the final race in the National Mini 4WD Championship is begin.
