The Copperfang (Japanese: カッパーファング, Kappāfangu) is a Mini 4WD REV car that was released on February 9, 2019.
One of the winner designs in the 2018 Mini 4WD design contest, it was designed by Shojiro Morio.
General info[]
The Copperfang featueres the open-wheel body design that was inspired by the long nose sports car and the head of the copperhead snake. On the front, there's a pair of vertical headlamps that sandwiching a large air intake. There's also a GT wing on the rear.
Standard variant[]
The standard model has the metallic orange bodyshell, with white and black stripes on it.
It was equipped with the silver plated, small diameter low-profile A-spoke wheels paired with the black super-hard low profile tires. Both the chassis frame and the A parts were molded in black.
Black Special[]
The limited Black special variant has the black smoke bodyshell, with green and white stripes on it.
It was equipped with the large diameter 4-spoke MS II wheels molded in carbon-mixed-nylon and were paired with the green Avante-type slick tires. The polycarbonate-reinforced chassis frame and POM A parts were molded in black and green respectively.
