General info Edit
The Flame Astute features a open-wheel, long-nosed, short rear body design that was inspired by the IndyCars (a type of open-wheel racing car) in the US, specifically the Dallara DW12 used from 2012 until 2018, when the car's design were changed to remove the rear wheel covers.
Both the original model and the Red Metallic variant features the classic Astute color scheme, with red body color, dark turquoise canopy, blue highlight and white trims. The Red Metallic variant features the semi-gloss red plated bodyshell.
Both were equipped with the small diameter low-profile 5-spoke Saber-type wheels paired with the black low-profile slick tires; The wheels were molded in black on the original model, while they were coated in semi-gloss red plated finish on the Red Metallic model. The chassis frame and A parts were molded in black.
