Frill Chassis-chan (Japanese: フリルシャーシちゃん, Furiru Shāshi-chan) is a recurring character in Mini 4WD Hyper Dash Grand Prix.
Biography[]
Sporting the black VS Chassis-like body with the frill headband and the frill skirt, Frill Chassis-chan (nicknamed Frill by others) is a fairy(?) who is hailing from the same species as Chassis-chan. She often sees Chassis-chan as her rival.
Bad-mounted and boastful, Frill is passionate about the front-motor chassis cars. There are times however where she worries about other racer's well-being, as seen in the one-shot manga toward Go and in the "Chassis-chan Has Amnesia!?" event toward her rival Chassis-chan.

Mini 4WD Hyper Dash Grand Prix[]
Frill first appear in the time-limited event "The Mysterious Chassis-chan appear!" that held from April 1 to 8, 2020, which was later had a rerun from January 14 to February 23, 2022. Frill can be also challenged in Map 3 since the May 5, 2021 update.
In the "Dangerous Tag! Double Brocken" event, which takes place after the one-shot manga, Frill teams up with Gen Kondou and challenge Go and co. (as well as player) once again.
Let's & Go! series[]
In the one-shot, Frill have been causing havoc in her timeline inside the Hyper Dash GP app where she makes battle machines and destroy other players' cars left and right, all for wanting the humanity to appreciate her frills. This prompted Chassis-chan to travel to the past and summon Go and Retsu to the GP app to race against her.
At the end of the race between her and the Seiba brothers, Frill was defeated, but her car (which is generating electricity) is flying toward her! Fortunately, Go intervenes and got himself electrocuted instead, which prompted Frill to put and wrap a lot of bandages on him out of worry.
After the incident, both Chassis-chan and Frill were travel back to their timeline, but before they leave, Frill swear that she won't lose the next time they met, hinting the "Dangerous Tag! Double Brocken" game event that happened later on.
