Hakurou Oohinata (Japanese: 大日向 白郎, Oohinata Hakurou) is a character in the poster manga The Wind Racer! Otokogi Gaiden.
Biography[]
Hakurou is a racer who won so many amateur races against many opponents. There are times where he rejects the challenge from other racers if he had other business.
Hakurou's modificaiton to his first car, the Little White Dragon, was complicated underneath its body. He also a tendency of keeping his car's modifications a secret.

During Jingi and Ryou's visit to the shop, Hakurou was seen racing against other racers and won.
Hakurou was then challenged by Jingi, but refused because of, unbeknown to both Jingi and Ryou, having unfinished business with Baron Ghost few days prior. Hakurou's action leaves Ryou furious and led her to accidentally placed her Poseidon-X in the wrong direction of the track, resulting in the head-to-head collision with his Little White Dragon and shatter the latter to pieces.
With the promised race will be take place in the next day, Hakurou, with the help of Jingi who lend his Liberty Emperor to be use as a base, managed to created his second car, the Shao Bai Ron.
Despite having superior car, Hakurou lose against Baron Ghost and his Big Bang Ghost in the first race. Hakurou later managed to win the rematch with the help of Jingi who installed the Mantan steering system into the Shao Bai Ron.
