The Ignicion (Japanese: イグニション, Igunishyon) is a Mini 4WD PRO car released by Tamiya on September 18, 2021.
General info[]
The Ignicion's low and wide body design was inspired by the European hypercars. There's air intakes on the rooftop and the rear fenders, while there's a pair of air ducts on the front. On the rear, there's a GT-style rear spoiler.
Standard model[]
The standard Ignicion features the white body color, with red stripes and blue windows.
It was equipped with the gun metal, small diameter fin-type low-profile wheels with the black low-profile slick tires. The chassis frame and the A parts were molded in black and white respectively.
Japan Cup 2024[]
The limited Japan Cup 2024 model was made to commemorates the 2024 season of the Japan Cup. It has a pearl white body color with Japan-Cup-inspired decals.
It was equipped with the fluorescent yellow, small diameter fin-type low-profile wheels with the black low-profile super hard slick tires. The chassis frame and the A parts were molded in yellow green and fluorescent yellow respectively.
