Jingi Otokogi (Japanese: 俠 仁義, Otokogi Jingi) is the protagonist of the manga The Wind Racer! Otokogi.
Biography[]
Jingi is a individual who wonders around the world, and refers himself as a migrant. He usually rides a modified bicycle (with high-rised handlebar) as a mean of transportation, and he can also use it as a mean to attacks with his "bicycle fists" technique.
Despite having traveled around the world, he only first came to know about Mini 4WD during the Tom Ghody incident. Jingi soon found out from the Wind Mage that he himself is the Wind Racer, one of the elemental racers and the one that leads the other elemental racers.
