The Mad Laser (Japanese: マッドレイザー, Maddo Reizā) is a Mini 4WD PRO car released by Tamiya. It was first released on August 9, 2017 in oversea regions (specifically, Thailand) and was released in Japan on October 21, 2017.

General info[]

The Mad Laser features a stylish, low-height, concept-car design, with a front flat bonnet and a pair of LED-like headlamps on the front. In addition to the fixed rear spoiler connected to the rear fenders, there are airducts on the rear that were designed to dissipate heat from the motor and batteries. It resembles a few supercars with similar body design, namely the Aston Martin Valkyrie supercar.

Standard model[]

The standard Mad Laser comes with a dull silver color bodyshell, and is decorated with some red and orange strips, and carbon fiber-styled decals.

It was equipped with gold plated, small diameter fin-type low profile wheels paired with black low profile tires. The chassis frame and the A parts were molded in gray and light gray respectively.

AOMG Peaches P-002 Matrix[]

The South Korea-exclusive kit was released in June 2021, available exclusively at the Peaches official shop.

While it's mostly the same as the standard model, it comes with two sets of hologram decals. In addition, it comes with a pair of Peaches-brand alkaline batteries.
