The Mechanical Mini 4WD (リアルミニ四駆) series is a Mini 4WD car line-up introduced by Tamiya. Unlike the rest of the Mini 4WD series which are part-plastic model and part-racing machines, the Mechanical Mini 4WD cars are purely plastic models with no motor or any electric parts.
Usually, the body is molded in clear plastic and requires the user to paint it. The mechanical-like chassis has front wheels which can be steered into positions, and it is electroplated.
