General info[edit | edit source]
Being a variant of the Super Sabre Open Top, the Hawk Racer features the open-wheel, open-top body design. Unlike the Super Sabre Open Top, the rear spoiler from the original Super Sabre Jr. was used. It has the white body color with the orange, wing-styled body decal with silver stripes. As it was the 6th Mini 4WD car in the 'Animal Mini 4WD' sub-series, it has the car number 6 on it. The 'Racing Mini 4WD' decals and the Tamiya logo decals are also presented.
Unique to this car is the pre-painted, super-deformed hawk driver figurine that has white head, yellow beak and brown body.
It was equipped with the yellow, large diameter V spoke narrow wheels paired with white arched tires. The chassis frame and A parts were molded in metallic green and gold respectively.
