The Mini 4WD Kumamon Version (ミニ四駆・くまモン バージョン) is a Mini 4WD car released by Tamiya in 2014. Like Mini 4WD Shirokumakko and Mini 4WD Panda, instead of the normal driver figurine, in its place is the driver figurine of Kumamon, the mascot character of Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan.

Originally a limited model, it become a regular Mini 4WD car release due to popular demands.

General Info

The body is based on the Astute Open Top but with normal driver figurine being switched for the pre-painted, Kumamon driver figurine that is attached to the battery clipper. The body color is black, with several Kumamon-based decals on it.

It is equipped with the red 3-spokes small-diameter wheels, paired with high-profile tires. All the chassis parts (minus the gears, propeller shaft, terminals and motor) are molded in black.
