The Mini 4WD Penguin Racer (Japanese: ミニ四駆 ペンギン, Miniyonku Pengin) is a Racing Mini 4WD car released by Tamiya on April 17, 2021.
Based on the Panda Racer, it was the 12th entry in the animal Mini 4WD sub-series.

The Penguin Racer featuring the pastel blue bodyshell, with the penguin-themed decal on it.
Unique to this car is the pre-painted, cute penguin driver figuring that is in black color with white underbelly.
It was equipped with the gold plated, large diameter low-profile 6-spoke wheels paired with the white, hard-compound low-profile slick tires. Its chassis frame and A parts were molded in silver and gray respectively.
