Mini 4 Top (Japanese: ミニ四トップ, Mini Yon Toppu) is a manga series created by Tetsuo Tanaka and serialized on Shogakukan's Shogaku Years magazines from 1988 to 1991.
Due to being serialized on Shogaku Year magazines, several chapters are missing from the Tankobon version of the manga.
Unlike any Mini 4WD manga, the Tankobon version contains 6 versions of the the same storyline as it was serializes on Shogaku Years magazines.
During its serialization, Tamiya released two Mini 4WD cars based on the ones from the manga: The Rising Bird and the Winning Bird.

As Mini 4 Top is serialized on Shogaku Year magazines, it has 6 versions of the same storyline.
The basic story follows the boy named Toppu Kudo (九堂 突風) who loves Mini 4WD, and the current Mini 4WD champion Hayato Takamura (鷹村隼人) as they races against many opponents as they aims for the top.
