Based on the Liberty Emperor, the Shao Bai Ron features the open-wheel body design with the additional front bumper that is attached to the body. It also features two large fins that provides downforce to the rear wheels.
Unlike the base machine, it was mainly in deep gold, with violet, yellow and black stripes on it. It also sports the different headlamps.
It was equipped with the white large diameter 3-spoke lightweight wheels paired with the black Avante-type slick tires. The chassis frame, the A parts and the curve-type sideguard were molded in gray, magenta and green respectively. It doesn't comes with a standard motor.

Later on, the mandan steering system was implemented into Shao Bai Ron by Jingi himself following the loss against Baron Ghost for the first time.
