Shogakukan Inc. (Japanese: 株式会社小学館, Kabushikigaisha Shōgakukan) is a Japanese publisher company currently based in Chiyoda, Tokyo. The company was founded by Takeo Ōga in 1922.

Shogakukan was mainly known for publishes manga, light novels as well as educational books. The company had also founded Shueisha in 1949, which later founded Hakusensha in 1979. Together, they were known as the Hitotsubashi Group, one of the largest publishing groups in Japan.

Shogakukan was currently one of the main sponsors for Tamiya-organized events since the first Japan Cup.
