Released on November 20, 2021, the Super Avante R/C buggy is a 1/10 scale R/C buggy released by Tamiya. With the body designed by Kota Nezu, it was based on the all-new TD4 Chassis.
The TD4 chassis featuring the low-profile, slimline bathtub chassis frame design. Both the battery compartment and motor were located in the center, with the battery being in the longitudinally position and the motor being mount transversely just between the battery compartment and the rear differential box. The ESC (Sold separately) can be placed on the cage just behind the driver figurine.
On the front is the unique front, adjustable double-wishbone suspension design consists of push-rods, rocker arms and inboard CVA dampers. The rear featuring the adjustable double-wishbone suspensions with shock towers. There are two ball-differentials, one at the front and one at the rear. The buggy was equipped with the star dish wheels which were paired with the high grip square spike tires.
