The tires were made in the super hard-compound elastomer rubber, which was much harder than the hard-compound elastomer used in the regular hard-compound tire sets.
While acceleration performance suffers due to the having less grip compare to that of the hard-compound tires, the more slippy tire surface of the super hard tires makes them ideal for passing through curves much quicker without slowing down. The hardness of the tires also makes them ideal for making the customized super low-profile tires. Compare to the arched tires and the regular slick tires, the low-profile tires has the flat surface which allows them to have more grips.
As their names suggests, those sets were made specifically for the low-profile wheels. The tire sets are available in both small and large diameters.
Some Mini 4WD cars and GUPs, Such as the Aero Avante Black Special, comes with the tire set by default.
