The Super Mini 4WD (Japanese: スーパーミニ四駆, Sūpā Mini Yonku) series is a line-up of Mini 4WD cars introduced by Tamiya on June 29, 1993. The Super Mini 4WD cars feature the open-wheel and less drag body design, and all of them use the low-profile tires and large wheels. This is also the first series to feature both Super-1 Chassis, Super TZ Chassis and also Super-FM Chassis.

The manga series The Wind Racer! Otokogi and Dash Boy! Ten featuring machines from this line-up. All Mini 4WD cars featured in this line-up were designed by the late Zaurus Tokuda, the manga author of The Wind Racer! Otokogi and Dash Boy! Ten.
