Compare to its predecessor, the Thunder Boomerang has some notable design changes, mainly the more blocky rear sharp cowls, the inclusion of the front nose fins and the inclusion of the rear vertical fins that are sandwiched the rear spoiler from the sides. Under the front nose fins is the cup-type headlamps and the bumper skit board. The 'Thunder Boomerang' decals and the 'W10' decals can be found on the bodyshell.
It was mainly in white, with red, blue and yellow stripes on it.
It was equipped with the yellow, large diameter 3-spoke TZ Super-type wheels paired with Avante-type slick tires. It doesn't come with a standard motor.

Although Ten has the Thunder Boomerang right from the beginning in two of the storylines, the others has the Thunder Boomerang created after the Astro-Boomerang was destroyed. The Thunder Boomerang was made upon the Super TZ Chassis Ten got from Dr, Tsuchiya.
